Please define how far we are to cut along the roadside on each side? To the Ditch or fifty feet beyond? I noticed the power poles cut was beyond the power line. But on the site visit we were told we do not mow the power line right of way? Does this not include the power line along the roadway?
Areas to be mowed and the boundries thereof are presented in the maps which accompany the solicitation.
Refer to Section J Attachment J-1503050-04 Site Maps.

Map
During the Airfield site visit we were told we must mow 750' from the runway centerline to the yellow signs in the "cut over area"? This is considerably further than the previous contractor mowed as evidenced by their recently mowed line.
Areas to be mowed and the boundries thereof are presented in the maps which accompany the solicitation.
Refer to Section J Attachment J-1503050-04 Site Maps.
10 6-May N/A N/A N/A
Who will do the "clean-up" of this new extended ground" prior to our mowing this new ground? The new area to be mowed from all appearance is newly cleared land. This appears to be an extra costly prep and cut with very tall out of scope weeds, saplings, and undergrowth. Looks to be as much as 4' tall and highly likely to have stump holes, stumps and unknown conditions. Seems we need a special bid Clin line item to account for the land prep for our maintaining the new ground on this contract?
Contractor should assume all trees to be four inches or less and lands cleared and all stumps ground winthin the last three years. The Government considers saplings 4 inches or less to be bushoggable. Equipment should be sized accordingly.
