The following have been added by full text:
AMENDMENT 2 Q&A
1. How many total FTE (or part-time) personnel are on the current contract? Will the total # of FTEs (or part time personnel) be the same for N6893621R0007?
1.A There are 20 FTE on the current contract. Under the upcoming contract, each order will establish a Level of Effort (LOE). The number of FTEs (or part time personnel) provided under each order is determined by the contractor within the bounds of the LOE awarded.
2. How many FTE (or part time) personnel are there for the following positions?
· Material Handling Laborer 2.A There are currently 18 FTEs under the above labor category – 12 at China Lake, 6 at Point Mugu.
3. Is the effort currently fully staffed?
· If the effort is not fully staffed, which position(s) are open and how many FTEs for that position(s) are open?
3.A The current effort is fully staffed.
4. Can the government clarify if it requires a transport truck for transport of classified and unclassified documentation, or does it require a transport truck that will also perform shredding operations? This is regarding the ShredEx vehicle requirement.
4.A The transport truck can be a dual purpose truck as long as the ShredEx vehicle meets the requirement of being enclosed IAW PWS 4.1.1.
5. What are the types of systems, databases or software that will be utilized in the performance of the contract?
5.A SharePoint and Microsoft Office products will be utilized in the performance of the contract.
6. Can you elaborate on what types of hazardous waste and what types of energetics material the contractor will be handling?
6.A The types of hazardous waste the contractor will be handling includes, but is not limited to, batteries, oil, paints, light bulbs. The types of energetic materials the contractor will be handling includes, but is not limited to, energetics that go into missiles and bombs, however, these energetics are supposed to be deemed safe before transport.
7. Section 4.1.1 for reference states:
The Contractor shall have the capability and/or resources to fulfill the requirements in Section 3.0 of this SOW including, but not limited to, half of the trucks hauling 5 tons (each crew shall have a truck), carrying a 2-man crew, having a lift gate, and licensed personnel to travel on California highways and interstates. The Contractor shall provide a minimum of one (1) “boxed” or enclosed vehicle (like a van) for each site for transporting classified or sensitive documents or to be used as the ShredEx vehicle. Some areas are very remote and may require four-wheel drive vehicles.
7.1 How many trucks/vehicles are needed if “half” are required to haul 5 tons?
7.1.A The contractor shall provide 1 “boxed” or enclosed vehicle (like a van) for each site and 1 truck per each 2-man crew. The number of 2-man crews will be dependent on the Level of Effort established under each order.
7.2 Do all vehicles need to be trucks with lift gates?
7.2.A Lift gates are required for all vehicles with the exception of the vehicle used for ShredEx.
7.3 The RFP states that the government has vehicles that the contractor is able to use.

7.3.A The Government has 3 vehicles available for the contractor to use - 1 half ton lift gate truck at each site (China Lake and Point Mugu), and 1 quarter ton pick-up truck they may use.
