About this file
This document contains a federal solicitation and sample cost spreadsheet template. The solicitation is for engineering services and software support equipment products for the AN/ALQ-165 and AN/ALQ-214 Radio Frequency Jammer systems. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division intends to award a cost-plus-fixed-fee, level of effort, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to Harris Corporation on a sole-source basis. Harris is the original equipment manufacturer and sole repository of expertise for the systems' operational flight program software, mission data files, and user data files. The contract requirements include enhancing firmware, developing support tools, and providing products and services for foreign military sales. The sample cost spreadsheet template provides instructions for primes and subcontractors to populate labor categories, rates, hours, and other direct costs for proposal submission.
