About this file

This document is an Attachment to a federal contract specifying Contractor Personnel Security Requirements. It details comprehensive security protocols for contractor personnel accessing Federally-controlled facilities and information systems, with key requirements including U.S. citizenship, background investigations, and security clearance levels. The document outlines three personnel security investigation levels: Critical Sensitive (IT-I), Non-Critical Sensitive (IT-II), and Non-Sensitive (IT-III), each with specific investigation requirements ranging from Single Scope Background Investigations to National Agency Checks.

The requirements mandate that all contractor personnel, including subcontractors and temporary employees, must undergo thorough background checks, possess REAL ID-compliant identification, and complete FBI fingerprint checks. Additional obligations include obtaining Common Access Cards, completing annual Operations Security and Information Security training, and adhering to strict AIS security policies. The document emphasizes that personnel cannot commence work until investigations are favorably adjudicated, with limited emergency waivers possible. Contractors are responsible for ensuring personnel meet all security requirements and can be required to remove or replace personnel deemed unsuitable, with violations potentially resulting in immediate removal and disciplinary action.
