About this file
This document is a modification (Amendment 0001) to Solicitation N6883624Q0214 for Occupational Safety and Health Compliance and Assessment Audit Support Services. The solicitation requires a contractor to conduct annual Navy Occupational Safety and Health compliance audits at 29 Navy Reserve Centers located in the Navy Region Southeast. The modification provides a summary of questions received and the corresponding answers to support the solicitation. Key details include:
The audits will focus on compliance with federal, state, and Department of Defense requirements. The contractor can either submit a single resume for a qualified professional or a team of qualified professionals to perform the 29 site inspections each year. The Navy will provide past assessment reports and templates for the assessment plan and report after contract award. Travel to the sites is not subject to government reimbursement rates. The contractor is not expected to assist the Navy Reserve Centers in addressing the inspection findings/recommendations, as the centers are responsible for addressing them with regional safety staff.
