About this file

This amendment modifies solicitation N6883623Q0214 issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command to dispose of used oil at Naval Station Mayport, Florida. The amendment provides responses to vendor questions, extending the response deadline from July 7, 2023 at 11:00 AM to July 12, 2023 at 11:00 AM. The amendment clarifies that vendors may use an alternative pump such as a Roper pump in place of a vane pump on their liquid vacuum truck. It also specifies that vendors will pick up incrementally accumulated used oil from a staging area onboard the base, not directly from Navy ships, and dispose of an estimated 5,000 gallons total over the course of the year in response to notifications.
