About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for an upcoming Enterprise-level Logistics and Engineering Technical Support Services contract opportunity. The Department of the Navy Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is seeking information from all interested large and small businesses to support various Navy aircraft, weapons systems, and related support equipment. The anticipated contract will consolidate and provide follow-on services for systems life cycle logistics and engineering across NAVAIR depots.

The RFI requests capability responses to a detailed questionnaire covering the contractor's prior experience, management of subcontractors, small business status, and recommendations for the Statement of Work. Key areas of support include engineering, logistics, production, and technical services. The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract with performance-based task orders by January 2026. Responses to this RFI are due by 1600 EST on July 26, 2024. A full solicitation is expected to be released during the 3rd quarter of FY 2025 under NAICS 541330 with a $47M size standard.
