About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for the Enterprise Level Logistics and Engineering Technical Support Services contract. The Department of the Navy's Naval Air Systems Command is consolidating follow-on support services for logistics and engineering related to naval aircraft, weapons systems, and support equipment across multiple fleet readiness center depots.
The RFI is seeking capability information from large and small businesses interested in competing as prime contractors. Responses are due by July 26, 2024, to help the Government determine the appropriate competitive strategy, which may include a small business set-aside. The intended consolidated requirement will be solicited and awarded as a single source indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract, with task orders issued as cost-plus-fixed-fee for non-performance-based services. The estimated level of effort is approximately 5,139,435 man-hours over a 5-year ordering period. The Government requires an award by January 2026 to ensure continuity of services. The successful offeror will need an approved accounting system and property system. The RFI includes a detailed draft Statement of Work outlining the required engineering, logistics, and technical support services.
