Question 1) For CLIN 0007 and CLIN 0008, the Storage lists multiple options “256, 512, 1000, 2000(GB)”, can we confirm which capacity do you want on the quote? Because each different capacity has a different part number and different price.
Answer: The attachment has been updated to identify 1000GB as the required storage size on both iPad models and MacBook. MacBooks shall have 16 GB of RAM.
Question 2) CLIN# 0015AB, 0016AB, 0017AB, and 0018AB have changed the part number ending letter over time. The solicitation identifies “B” but the current Letter model number reflects “E”. Will part numbers that are proposed with “E” be acceptable?
Answer: The attachment has been updated to specify 43UL3J as the LG TV model number.
Question 3) CLIN# 0015AA, 0016AA, 0017AA, and 0018AA have changed part numbers and models. For these CLINs, should Samsung SKUs expect an updated list of TVs, or should we quote the closest current options at the manufacturer’s discretion?
Answer: Models proposed in response to these line items are required to be Samsung brand that are Xibo compatible.
Question 4) For the iPad Pro’s, there are 4 different storage options listed under the CLIN details but no sub-clins on the Ordering Year tabs. Can you please clarify what storage capacity is needed for the iPads?
Answer: The required specification is 1000GB.
Question 5) What is the RAM hard drive capacity for MacBook Pro’s?
Answer: RAM shall be 16GB, hard drive capacity shall be 1000GB.
Question 6) Our suppliers have expressed that Vitek part # VTC-IR8NZ4311P is end of life. Would an equivalent Vitek part number be acceptable for CLIN 0020, sub-clin AB?
Answer: A Vitek branded replacement model is acceptable. If the next model is not available from Vitek, use the IR8NZ4311P component specifications, including TAA / NDAA compliance.
