Question # 1: Is the pricing that will be provided for the IDIQ, Market Basket Pricing, for evaluation purposes only?

ANSWER: The quotations shall contain the offeror's best and final pricing for use in evaluation as described in the solicitation.

Question # 2: If the product does not go obsolete, but the pricing increases, will we be able to make an economic price adjustment during the 3-year period?

ANSWER: The quotations shall contain the offeror's best and final pricing for use in evaluation as described in the solicitation for the entire period of performance.

Question # 3: Microsoft is included in the list of OEMs in the document, but it is not included in the parts list and/or spreadsheet. Can you please provide the products/parts for Microsoft?

ANSWER: There are no Microsoft products required in response to this solicitation. Any reference to Microsoft components can be disregarded.

Question 4: There are three CLINs we are unable to procure through our normal distribution channels – CLIN 0019 (Canakit) and CLIN 0020 sub-CLIN 01 & 02 (Vitek). Will the Government accept equivalent parts for these?

ANSWER: For CLIN 0019, the requirement for Canakit has been revised. Please see updated Attachment 01 for required specifications.

For CLIN 0020, Sub-CLIN 01 and Sub-CLIN 02, Vitek components are required. Technical equivalents for these components will not be accepted.

Question 5: Dell has provided indication that many part numbers and identifiers are outdated. Do we have updated part numbers?

ANSWER: For components identified as Dell part numbers, technical equivalents will not be accepted. Dell part numbers should reflect the latest version. Obsolete part numbers proposed will not be acceptable.

Question 6: The CLIN numbering scheme in the “Required Delivery Schedule” appears misaligned with the excel attachment.

ANSWER: The “Required Delivery Schedule” has been updated.
