About this file
This document contains a set of clarifying responses to vendor questions for the Lakehurst Calibration Laboratory Test Benches federal contract opportunity (Solicitation Number N68335-25-Q-0132). The responses address specific details about the project requirements, including bench and equipment specifications such as color (Stone Grey or closest commercially available grey), shelving depth (22 or 24 inches), workstation top materials (ESD and Phenolic Resin), and cabinet construction (acrylic see-through material acceptable). The document provides definitive guidance on quantities, confirming the requirements list, and clarifying that some existing benches will be relocated while others will be removed, with lab staff available to provide on-site guidance during the process.
Key points include confirmation that all workstation tops must be light in color (white preferred), quantities are correct with one minor clarification about cart quantities, and the contractor is responsible for dumpster and forklift for disposal of existing equipment. The responses demonstrate flexibility in manufacturing specifications while maintaining core project requirements, allowing vendors some latitude in meeting the Naval Air Warfare Center's needs for the Electronics Lab Test Benches project.
