This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) Amendment 0002 for the U.S. Navy's MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Air Systems Program. The solicitation seeks competitive procurement of four specific Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) parts: Nose Landing Gear Protractor Set, Lifting Adapter Assembly, Lift Platform Adapter, and Oil Drain Attachment. It is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside for a single award, three-year, Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting both the United States Navy and Royal Australian Air Force.

Key modifications in this amendment include extending the quote submission deadline from March 20, 2025, to March 28, 2025, at 4:00 PM EST, and updating several Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions and clauses. The contract includes guaranteed minimum quantities for each part, ranging from 1 to 8 units. Interested offerors must submit a valid DD Form 2345 (Military Critical Technical Data Agreement) by March 12, 2025, to receive technical drawing package access, and all submissions are subject to evaluation through the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
