Question: Will space be made available near the barge for a Commercial Mobile Kitchen on the pier, to provide services as determined by PWS?

Answer: Yes, space near the barge will be made available. However, it is up to the company to get pier pass through Naval Base Guam.

Question: If a mobile kitchen is permitted on post, will the contractor be permitted to utilize facility utilities, or will any facility utilities be made available? (Such as water hook up, and waste receptacle area)

Answer: A waste receptacle area can be provided. No water and electricity hook up nearby.
