About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document addressing vendor inquiries regarding the pricing structure for the Commander Task Force SIX EIGHT Operations and Logistics Support Services RFQ (N68171-26-Q-T010).
The Q&A clarifies that Other Direct Costs (ODCs) listed in the pricing spreadsheet are strictly for ODCs with no alterations permitted. The government has established ODC amounts of $200,000 for the base year and $40,000 for each option year. A vendor questioned whether the higher base year amount included personnel relocation costs in addition to estimated travel costs, and whether a reduced ODC amount could be proposed if relocation costs were included. The government's response indicates that relocation costs are not separately evaluated from labor costs under CLINs 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001, and that vendors must use the ODC amounts as provided in the pricing spreadsheet without modification. This guidance was issued on 21 May 2026.

Text version
| In the pricing spreadsheet, ODCs for the Option years are listed at $40,000, but the base year is $200,000. Assuming that the ODCs are primarily estimated travel costs, should the base year also be $40,000 or was something additional factored in on top of travel like personnel relocation costs. If relocation costs are part of the $200,000, could we propose a lesser amount for ODCs in the base year {if desired}? |
| The ODC cells in the Pricing Spreadsheet are strictly for ODCs and no alterations should be made. The government does not intend to separately evaluate relocation costs from Labor CLINS 0001,1001,2001,3001 & 4001. |
