About this file

This is a Standard Form 30 amendment to a contract modifying contract N6817126QG001 issued by NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella, Naples Office on January 26, 2026. The amendment revises three contract line items (CLINs 0001, 0003, and 0005) for CREDO Personal Resiliency Retreats for NSA Souda Bay, increasing lodging quantities from 22 to 23 personnel across three separate events. Specifically, the amendment increases room nights from 44 to 46 nights for each retreat: April 24-26, 2026; June 12-14, 2026; and September 25-27, 2026. The contract requires a four-star hotel located 6 to 50 kilometers from Chania/Rethymno Town Center in NSA Souda Bay's area of responsibility, with all lodging accommodations meeting strict standards for cleanliness, furnishings, utilities, and compliance with the Performance Work Statement.

The Performance Work Statement details comprehensive service requirements including lodging for 23 personnel in single rooms with in-suite bathrooms, private dining areas with all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), conference room facilities with specific audio-visual equipment, free Wi-Fi, complimentary parking, physical fitness facilities, late checkout provisions, and refreshment stations. All applicable taxes and fees are included in the firm-fixed price with no separate billing to the U.S. Government. Payment is made through the Commercial Bill Paying Office at U.S. Naval Support Activity, Naples, Italy, after invoice acceptance. The contract uses a Budget Exchange Rate of $1 = 0.9303 for FY26 as mandated by Foreign Exchange Rate regulations. Contracting Officer Kelly N. McFarlin and Purchasing Agent Maria Kokkinaki serve as primary contract administration points of contact, with technical contacts CDR Adrienne Benton and RP1 Eric Chavez.
