Annual Preventative Maintenance / On-Call repair service
System(s):
ESS: Win-Pak release 3.2
Nurse Call: West-Com
Scope:
I. Quarterly visits for Preventative Maintenance and testing as required and recommended by the manufacturer
1. Check whether staff members have experienced any problems with the system.
2. Check mains and stand-by power supplies.
3. Check operation of all peripherals.
4. Visual check of the installation for completeness, mechanical damage & wear.
5. Check communications with all controllers and reset error log.
6. Check all software for any updates required.
7. Back-up historic data and database. Ensure the customer keeps this in a secure location.
8. Carry out minor adjustments (if needed).
9. Provide answers to any questions or queries that the hospital staff may have.
10. Complete maintenance report and discuss work conducted with hospital staff.
11. Confirm hospital staff confidence in routine administration of the system.
*Contractor is required to be certified or authorized by manufacturer to provide services on the above systems. Documentation with manufacturer’s authorization shall be submitted with RFQ.
II. On-call repair service
1. Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm $_.__
2. After Hours $_.__
3. Weekends and holidays $_.__
Contractor is required to provide a 24hr emergency contact for on-call services.
III. Repair parts
Parts, when needed, shall be quoted at the time of diagnosis and charged accordingly.
IV. TERM
Initial contract is required for a period of one (1) year from the date of acceptance, this initial contract will include two (2) each subsequent option periods of one (1) year each.
