This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items issued by Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT). The solicitation number is N66604-26-Q-0392, and this is a 100% small business set-aside with a Small Business Size Standard of 150 employees. The NAICS code is 541519. This combined synopsis and solicitation will be posted for less than fifteen days, and quotations are being requested with no written solicitation to follow.

The requirement consists of three contract line items: (1) a PCIe-based FPGA board compatible with Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux versions 7 and 8) featuring minimum specifications of 4 analog inputs at 1 MHz sample rate, 16 analog outputs at 2 MHz sample rate, 32 digital I/O lines (16 in and 16 out), and FPGA firmware loadable via PCIe bus, with a strong preference for Xilinx FPGA; (2) cables (minimum 0.5 meters in length) and an interface module with industry standard connectors (D-Sub, SCSI, VHDCI, or RJ-45); and (3) software drivers compatible with Red Hat Enterprise Linux that enable firmware programming, DMA transfers, and interrupt reception. The award will be made based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable quote. Delivery is required F.O.B. Naval Station Newport, Rhode Island, with a maximum delivery timeline of 20 weeks. All items must be shipped from the US (no drop shipping), and any configured items must be new products (no gray market items). Quotes must include point of contact information, CAGE code, and SAM UID. Quotations are due via email to maria.d.diaz-sotomayor.civ@us.navy.mil on or before 04 September 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT.
