1. Is this Motor connected to an exis ng Motor Drive?

RFQ is for a Dynamometer to create, control and measure load of a test article.

2. Will the exis ng Motor Drive be used or needs to be replaced with the new motor?

3. If re-used, please advised the exis ng Motor Drive will work with and easily adapt to the new motor.

4. Will new controls and so ware be required? Please provide more detail.

Vendor will provide necessary Dynamometer control system

5. What is the current power availability to the exis ng dyno?

110V 20A

6. Will the moun ng flange of the exis ng dyno be re-used to a ach the new motor to the tes ng ar cle?

Exis ng Dynamometer input sha to test item flange is available to use but is not required

7. If yes, please advise the sha sizing and requirement to connect the exis ng flange onto the new motor sha .

Dynamometer base must be provided to reach input sha centerline height of 27”

9. Does the exis ng motor base slide in/out to connect to the tes ng ar cle?

10. What is the centerline height of the dynamometer sha ?

11. Is there access available to move the motor into the tes ng area with a forkli ?

No forkli access

12. Will you be se ng up a sight visit or can we visit the site to see the exis ng installa on and be er understand what is to be replaced.

Site visit available on request. Government will not pay expenses.
