NUWCDIVNPT POC: Christina Sherron, (401) 832-6462, Christina.Sherron@navy.mil
THIS REQUIREMENT IS BEING SOLICITED AS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT IN
ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), completion type purchase order on a sole source basis to Kemlon Products and Development Co., 1424 N. Main St., Pearland, Texas 77588-2189 (CAGE Code 2Y403). Full and open competition need not be provided for this requirement as supplies are deemed to be available only from the original source in the case of a follow-on contract for the continued development or production of a major system or highly specialized equipment, including major components thereof, when it is likely that award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. See attached sole source justification.

(b) Contractors submitting payment requests and receiving reports to WAWF using either Electronic Data
Interchange (EDI) or Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) shall separately send an email notification to the COR and Contracting Officer on the same date they submit the invoice in WAWF.
