The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Answer questions.
2. Revise the Statement of Work as a result of questions from industry
Q13) SOW section 2.1.1, bullet 2 ‐ Please define the acronym TOWA
A13) TOWA is not an acronym. The TOWA array is a TA‐IPT‐configured array essentially identical to a TB‐29A array. The Navy is using it in a special (non‐submarine) application.
Q14) We request copies of the following attachments –GFI 6.3, GFI 6.4, PEO‐SUB CCM‐001, PMS4011/4013 Configuration Control Manual, 16 Jan 2008 and 6.4 PEO‐SUB CMP‐001, PMS4011/4013 Configuration Management Plan, 16 Jan 2008 as referenced in the SOW
A14) The attachments will be proivded via CD.
Q15) Section 4.1, Task A, 4.1.1 & 4.1.3 – in each instance of TAIPT Product Baseline, please reference the following documents as defined in the 2003 baseline documents: Baseline Letter 9460 Ser 4011‐769 25Nov2003 and 2009C1864rev6 (attached)
A15) The revised Statement of Work includes an udpated table of applicable documents to inlcude these docusments as 3.29 and 3.30 respectively.
Q16) Section 4.1.2 – Move to strike “Test Equipment Specifications and drawings” as these specifications and drawings are not included in the product baseline.
A16) The Statement of Work is so revised.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
SECTION C - DESCRIPTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS
