The solicitation is expected to release in June 2018 and will be available electronically only on the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command E-Commerce website.

RFP Attachment 7 Small Business Participation Information Sheet
1. Complete the following matrix to identify all small business concerns proposed for contract performance, whether proposed as a prime contractor or subcontractor. Note that solicitation provision L-TXT-12, part 2.1(d) “Subcontracts,” requires all offerors to fully cost out any proposed subcontracting costs. In the matrix below, do not include subcontractors whose costs are not disclosed in the prime contractor cost proposal. The number of matrix rows may be expanded, as necessary.
