Program Manager Security Clearance: “Secret” and/or "Top Secret” level clearance; SCI eligible
Education:
Master's Degree in management, engineering, information systems, computer science, mathematics, or physics or other related scientific or technical discipline from accredited University with 10 years of general management experience including 4 years of specific work in related Government project management of technical work, which includes task, cost, schedule, and risk planning and execution;
Or Extensive (15-plus years) Government/DOD/Navy contract/task management experience in a C4ISR and IO development environment.
Experience:
15+ years of direct work experience with C4ISR associated programs.
8+ years of direct work experience, to include: Design, Development, Production, Installation, and Test &
Evaluation.
Four (4) years as manager of C4ISR related programs, to include: Supervising Project Personnel, Scheduling Work, Writing Proposals and Preparing Bids, and Equipment and Material Logistics Control.
Note: Experience may be concurrent.
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DOD procurement policies and procedures.
Senior System Engineer
Education: Master's Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics or physics or other related scientific or technical discipline from accredited University with 10 years technical experience at the systems level in related Government projects;
Or Bachelor's Degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business, mathematics, or physics or other related scientific or technical discipline from accredited University with 15 years technical experience at the systems-level in related Government projects.
Experience:
Five + (5+) years of experience in system wide analysis, primarily with respect to software interface development for network and web base compatibility, reliability, maintainability, and availability.
Specialized experience includes analysis of business applications for data base management and development of templates in Adobe CS5.5 Dreamweaver (or software compatible with APAN) and preparation of website graphics and/or photography.
Experience in importing open source content required for information web sites and the ability to correct formatting problems during importing.
Ten + (10+) years of experience to include: Technology Analysis and Assessment, Design Definition, Development of Systems Specification, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems/Equipment Integration, Test & Evaluation Criteria, and Logistics support of C4ISR requirements.
Five + (5+) years of technical experience in support of projects listed in the SOW. Note: Experience may be concurrent.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, engineering, business, mathematics or physics or other related scientific or technical discipline from accredited University with 5 years computer programming experience in related Government projects;
Or Ten years of experience in design, analysis and development of hardware/software systems in related Government projects.

Five + (5+) years of experience in specialized studies or analytical assessments of civil/military type programs.
Applies analytical skills to support process improvement, studies, and analysis projects.
Typical experience would include analysis, planning, establishment of requirements, functional modeling, development of procedures, gap-analysis, development of functional architectures, and other related management and technical duties.
Requires expertise in specialty areas. Experience in or related to civil/military type is highly desirable.
Computerized System experience, to include: Design, Development, Test and Evaluation, Network
Protocols, LAN administration fundamentals, and UNIX and Windows based operating system.
System Analyst

Senior Computer Scientist
Education: Master's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline from accredited University with 10 years of software engineering/development experience in related Government projects;
Or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, information systems, engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline from accredited University with 15 years of software engineering/development experience in related Government projects.
Certifications: Completed the following certifications within one and a half year after assuming duties: Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) (Previously known as Certified Software Engineering Professional (CSEP)), or with COR approval complete a vendor/platform specific certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified Applications Developer (MCAD), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), Sun Certified Professional (SCP), Red Hat Certification Program (RHCP), CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), (other IAT level II certification (e.g. Security+ or, A+ and Network+) and complete the required operating system (OS) courses to obtain certifications).

Education: Master’s degree in mathematics, science, or electronics engineering from an accredited College degree and 5+ years of experience in high level research, analysis or design of new or improved communications or networking systems, equipment, and components
5+ years of experience in high level research, analysis or design of new or improved communications or networking systems, equipment, components or circuitry 5+ years of experience in the performance of investigation of proposed equipment suites for feasibility of design and preparation of impact statements and alternative approaches, as applicable in support of communications and message networking programs.

Administrative Specialist/Word Processor Security Clearance: “Secret” level clearance
1. Associate’s degree in business or computer science
Preferred: 6+ years of experience in a related position
2. Ability to provide business analysis and support to project management support products: business reports, quality assurance reports, brief preparation, risk management reports, technical report editing, business process analysis, process improvement, etc.
3. Experience providing support for monitoring project schedules and budgets, preparing progress reports, maintaining logs, managing and analyzing information using Excel, web tools, or other database tools, and liaising with IPT lead and government team at appropriate levels
4. DoD work experience preferred
5. Proficient in the use of applicable software products such as the Microsoft Office Suite of products
