About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract solicitation N6471026Q0008, issued in two amendments (AMD 0001 and AMD 0002).
AMD 0001 clarified that the Mamava pod to be relocated has serial number KPF-1905, located on the top of the door frame inside the pod. AMD 0002 addressed four key procedural questions: (1) the Government will provide a POC/sponsor for base access and BAVR badge requirements after contract award rather than requiring offerors to identify one at quote submission; (2) contractors may bid as prime contractors with qualified local office-furniture subcontractors identified for field performance; (3) the offer due date was extended to 5:00 PM PST on 7 July 2026; and (4) minimum submission requirements include a signed SF 1449 with block 30 completed, a completed "Continuation of Supplies or Services and Price/Costs" table in Section B of the SF 1449, a signed SF 30 with block 15 completed for all solicitation amendments, and clear notation of any exceptions from the solicitation's terms, conditions, specifications, and/or statement of work. The solicitation involves services related to Mamava pod relocation and office-furniture work at a federal facility.
