About this file
This document is a Questions & Answers (Q&A) addendum for solicitation N6471025Q4504, providing clarifications about a portable toilet trailer requirement. The solicitation seeks an ADA-compliant trailer with a minimum of three toilets, where one stall must be wheelchair accessible and the remaining stalls can be standard. The trailer must be placed within 5 calendar days of contract award, and there are specific infrastructure requirements including a water supply at the building's front and two 30-amp GFI outlets available for power.
Vendors must submit their paperwork by email by 5:00 PM PST on 19 September 2025, including: 1) completion of block 30 on the solicitation's first page, 2) completion of the product/service table with unit price and extended amount on page 4, and 3) optional quote or additional information. No site visits will be offered, and location maps for trailer placement were previously provided with the original solicitation. The government will not provide pictures of the trailer, and vendors are expected to provide the trailer as part of their offer.

Questions & Answers– N6471025Q4504 AMD 3
1. Would it be possible for my team to stop by and check the size of the portable restroom, or could you share any pictures if available?
Answer: Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a site visit. The portable toilet trailer is not located on site and is a requirement for the Vendor to provide along with the other items stated within the solicitation. Location maps have been provided with the original solicitation to show placement of where the portable toilet trailer will be required to be located.
Questions & Answers– N6471025Q4504 AMD 2
1. Will there be a water supply for the trailer or if it will need the onboard tank filled. It only needs a garden hose to supply it on your end.
Answer: There is a water supply at the front of the building capable of supporting a garden hose.
Due to the nature of the project the water may be turned off for a period of time, therefore, it would be best to fill the onboard tank.
2. The power needed is 3 dedicated 30 amp non GFI outlets will this also be available?
Answer: There are only two 30-amp outlets on the exterior of the building and they are both
GFI.

1. Can you please clarify the ADA trailer requirements? When you say ADA trailer, do you mean that you're looking for a trailer that drops down to allow a wheelchair to enter into the trailer? This is typical, but the SOW does not state this. Any clarification is appreciated.
Answer: Yes, that is what we are looking for (a trailer that will allow for wheelchair access into the trailer).
2 Section C states the requirement for an ADA-compliant toilet trailer with a minimum of three toilets. Can you please confirm whether: All three stalls must be ADA accessible, or One stall ADA accessible with the remaining stalls standard is acceptable.
Answer: One stall ADA accessible with the remaining stalls standard is acceptable.
3. Is there an exact time frame for when the trailer will be needed?
Answer: Per the solicitation, the toilet trailer will need to be placed within 5 calendar days from time of contract award.
4. How would you like the paperwork submitted?
Per the solicitation, the offer due date is 5:00 PM PST on 19 September 2025.
