1. Page 130 - Section L.3.3 VOLUME III – TECHNCAL. This section includes Element 2A- Personnel and Element 2B – Management Approach, however the there is no Corporate Experience Element.
Will the Government confirm that there is no requirement to describe the offeror’s corporate experience relative to the SOW within Volume III, Factor 2?
ANSWER: Corporate Experience is not a Factor under this solicitation.
2. Page 50, 12.5. The degree requirements listed for the Systems Administrator II (SA2) LCAT (Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration) is not in line with typical degree areas for the NAVSEA eCraft Category, the IAT II baseline cyber requirements (Section 12.6.1), nor the type of System Administrator work experience per Section C of the Solicitation. Per the NAVSEA eCraft website the SA position degree requirements are as follows: Typical Education:
Bachelor’s level degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems. Typical Experience: 3 years professional experience in systems administration.
Website:
https://www.navsea.navy.mil/Portals/103/Documents/NUWC_Newport/Labor%20Categories/eCRA FT_Professional_Categories_Nov17.pdf?ver=2017-11-15-134302-053
