Classified or Unclassified technical papers to be presented at a classified symposium must be approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative prior to the presentation.

Security classification guides (OPNAVINST 5513 SERIES) and unclassified limited documents (E.G. FOUO, Distribution Statement Controlled) are not authorized for public release; therefore, they cannot be posted on a publicly accessible web server or transmitted over the internet unless appropriated encrypted. Request for public release cannot be transmitted via the internet until the contractor receives final approval from NAVSEA 00D).

All contractor requests for sharing of classified and other sensitive information between prime contracts must be forwarded in writing to the NSWCPD Security Office identified in block 16 of this form for approval.

NOTE: Classified or Unclassified material which is marked "NOT RELEASEABLE TO FOREIGN NATIONS" (NOFORN OR NF) may not be released in any form to foreign governments, foreign nations, non-U.S. citizens, or anyone representing a foreign government or private interest or without permission of the originator.

Visit requests for foreigners must be submitted through respective embassies, who will forward the request to the International Program Office (IPO). Foreign visit requests forwarded to this command under this contractor will be returned denied.
