About this file

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement of two DN Solutions Mynx 6500 Vertical Machining Centers with associated accessories and services for the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona, located in Rocket Center, West Virginia.

The solicitation includes 18 line items (CLINs 0001–0018) covering the main machining centers, tooling kits, software packages, peripheral equipment (chip conveyors, mist collectors, tool cabinets), and ancillary items such as calibration rings, pull studs, coolant systems, and rigging/freight services. All items are priced on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis. The machines must be equipped with Fanuc Oi-Plus controls, 30-position automatic tool changers, 25/30 HP spindles, oil-jacket spindle chillers, through-spindle and external air blow systems, and a two-year warranty on parts and labor. Delivery is required within seven months from the award date, with inspection and acceptance at Q9004H (Northrop Grumman, Rocket Center, WV). The solicitation requires offerors to be Original Equipment Manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, or authorized resellers, with proof of authorization submitted at offer time. Item Unique Identification (IUID) tagging is required for items costing $5,000 or more per DFARS 252.211-7003. The procurement is all-or-none, with partial quotes deemed non-responsive. Quotes must remain valid for a minimum of 30 days and include CAGE code, delivery lead time, and pricing for all CLINs. FOB Destination delivery terms apply, and standard FAR and DFARS clauses are incorporated, including provisions for payment via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF), representations regarding delinquent taxes and inverted domestic corporations, and compliance with federal contracting regulations.
