Solicitation N6426725Q5010 – Industry Day Venue
1 |1
Question and Answer
Question 1: I see on the PWS it states the contractor shall provide and maintain a professional appearance throughout the event. Are we able to have a member of the hotel stay throughout the duration of the event? Or does it require the president of our company to attend this event?
Answer 1: The statement was not intended to have a POC present or the President of the company present. In the past, the venue always provided a POC (hotel manager or AV Technician) to help resolve issues or concerns.
The Government will not consider any further industry questions at this time.
