About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) that specifies the data items required for an Absolute Gas Piston Gauge System procurement. It includes four data items:
A001 - Calibration Certificate/Report, which documents the calibration of test equipment prior to delivery. A002 - Software/Firmware Version Description, which provides descriptions of the software and firmware versions provided with each system. A003 - Software/Firmware Change Request, which is used to inform the government about changes to software and firmware. A004 - Proposed Spare Parts List, which identifies the contractor's recommended spare parts required to maintain the system.
The CDRL provides details on the format, content, frequency, and distribution requirements for each data item. It references relevant Data Item Descriptions and Statement of Work paragraphs. The document also includes instructions for completing the CDRL form.
