Freight and Delivery clarification:
1) Vendor is responsible for unloading all materials and without any customer assistance other than providing access, move the equipment into an interior first floor room with no steps.
2) If the staging of equipment will fit inside of the building where work is to be performed. Then the vendor is responsible for taking the equipment off the truck and into the building. This includes removing equipment from pallets if required.
3) If the equipment does not fit in building 2505, then vendor is responsible for delivering the equipment into another building on base, as coordinated with local NSWC Corona personnel, for staging. Contractor will then be responsible for retrieving that equipment, as required, from the staged location and bring the equipment to building 2505 for work to be performed. NSWC Corona Personnel will coordinate access to other buildings on base as required.
