QUESTION # QUESTION GOVERNMENT RESPONSE

10 For CRITERION (3) ‐ Submission Requirements. The Solicitation states:

"Submit a completed CPARS evaluation for each project under Criterion

(1) and only for those projects. "

It is common for design projects performed by AE firms to receive Interim CPARS from the Government throughout the delivery process, yet sometimes Government clients do not issue a 'Final' CPARS in the system. Will NAVFAC accept the most current 'Interim' CPARS rating received for a completed project as meeting this submission requirement for past performance?

Yes, the most current "Interim" CPARS ratings are acceptable for projects where a "Final" CPARS rating is not available.

11 For CRITERION (1) ‐ Submission Requirements. The Solicitation states:

"Include the date (month, day, year) design and engineering services were completed."

Please confirm that the completion date is the end of the Task Order Period of Performance if firms feature any planning or programming projects in Section F (Criterion 1).

No, the "completion date" is not always the same as the Task Order Period of Performance as described under Criterion (1) ‐ Submission Requirements. The Task Order Period of Performance may be different from the date of completion of design or engineering services for a plethora of factors.

MOD NO.
