About this file

This is a Standard Form 30 (Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract) issued by the Naval Supply Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka for amendment number 0003, effective April 10, 2026. The amendment addresses solicitation N6264926RA033, originally dated March 19, 2026, and is issued by code N62649 with contract administration details provided to Josabeth Benattar at the Yokosuka facility (PSC 473 Box 11, FPO AP 96349-1500).

The amendment provides Government responses to three contractor questions regarding a Statement of Work (SOW) related to naval vessel coating and blasting operations. The Government approved the contractor's proposal to price touch-up coating work at 30 square feet of preservation area per void (excluding scaffolding and interference work) based on internal inspection determination. The Government also confirmed acceptance of personnel certifications including MSRA and AMPP Basic Coatings Inspector Certification, along with proven past performance on naval vessels, as meeting requirements for organizations performing blasting operations and critical coating applications per NSI 009-32 Paragraph 3.9.2. Additionally, the Government approved the use of ISO standard abrasive blast materials, consistent with past naval vessel applications, for blast work described in SOW Paragraphs 4.2.4.3 and 4.2.6.3. The amendment was signed by Contracting Officer Peter Jommel S. Arrieta on April 10, 2026, with no extension to offer receipt deadlines.
