About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) addendum for RFQ N6264926QH013 issued on 24 April 2026 for Tellabs GPON equipment maintenance service at Camp Blaz in Guam.

The Q&A addresses four inquiries from prospective offerors regarding service scope and contract requirements. Historical call volume data indicates minimal support needs: six non-emergency technical support calls and two emergency calls were recorded during June 1, 2024 through May 31, 2025, while zero calls occurred from June 1, 2025 through April 23, 2026 due to the previous support contract expiring on April 9, 2025. The Government clarified that support services are limited to Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support with no expectation of on-site support in Guam. Regarding the Tellabs authorized vendor requirement specified in PWS paragraph 2.4.6, the Government confirmed that Camp Blaz only requires access to a Tellabs authorized vendor through the awarded contract, permitting offerors to fulfill this requirement through a subcontractor or teaming partner rather than requiring the capability be held directly by the prime contractor.
