SECTION SF 30 BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE
SUMMARY OF CHANGES
SECTION B - SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES
CLIN 0009
The cost constraint has changed from NTE to NSP.
The following have been modified:
GENERAL INFORMATION
B-1.0 Currency: The Contractor shall propose prices and the applicable hourly rates in Section B Schedule using the preferred currency for award. In accordance with FAR 52.225-17 Evaluation of Foreign Currency Offers in Section M, evaluation of proposed prices may be made in U.S. Dollars if more than one currency is proposed.
B-2.0 IDC Constraints: To meet the intent of FAR 52.216-22 Indefinite Quantity Clause, the “maximum” shall be defined as the maximum total quantity of all items in the Schedule. The “minimum” shall be defined as 1 aircraft induction under CLIN 0001. The quantities shown in Section B are only estimates. The exact quantities of deliveries are not known at the time of award. Changes to induction schedules can reasonably be anticipated during performance of the contract. Therefore, quantities for inducting specific T/M/S may change. However, the maximum number of aircraft the Government may induct in any single year’s ordering period shall not exceed 12 aircraft.
