Instructions NEMSCOM General Warehousing Services N62645-18-R-0076

Instructions to Offerors:
1.The pricing workbook will be used to evaluate reasonableness in accordance with the requirements in Addedum to FAR 52.212-1, Addendum to FAR 52.212-2, and Special Contract Requirements of the solicitation. It is not considered cost or pricing data in accordance with FAR Subpart 15.402(a)(3) or other than cost and pricing data in accordance with FAR Subpart 15.402(a)(2).
2.The offeror shall fill out each tab in its entirety. Blue boxes designate those fields into which the offeror can enter values/information.
3.For Tasks I and II, the offeror shall propose an appropriate level of effort. The offeror may add or delete rows of labor categories in the Pricing Sheet for Tasks I and II if needed.
4.For Tasks I and II, the offeror shall provide the proposed hours and hourly rate for each requirement. Proposed hours are requested for evaluation purposes only to assess the level of effort. Please note that historically the level of effort for one Full Time Worker is 1920 hours per year.
5.For Tasks I and II, billing will occur on a monthly basis, therefore the total price of services will be equally distributed among each of the 12 months and task order will list months as a unit of issue.
6.Option Period Pricing: Complete pricing for each option period. The unit price for the fifth option period will automatically populate with the unit price from the fourth option period per FAR 52.217-8.
7.Offerors shall consider all the terms, conditions, and attachments contained in the solicitation in the development of their pricing proposal.
