About this file

This is a Sources Sought Questionnaire for Equipment Operations, Maintenance, and Repair Services at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii, issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command. The questionnaire solicits information from potential contractors capable of providing comprehensive maintenance, repair, and operational services for specialized equipment and systems including autoclaves, boilers, unfired pressure vessels, air compressor systems, wastewater instrumentation, generators, liquid nitrogen storage and generation facilities, vehicle wash and service racks, and associated equipment at the Hawaii facility.

Contractors must demonstrate prior experience performing similar equipment operations, maintenance, and repair services valued at $500,000 or more annually within the past seven years. Personnel must meet specific certification and qualification requirements, including Fifth Class Power Engineering or Third Class Facility Operating Engineer certifications for boiler work, NAVFAC MO-200 training for electrical equipment, HAZMAT/HAZWASTE handling certifications, and manufacturer-authorized certifications for compressed air systems. For Atlas Copco compressed air systems specifically, personnel must have a minimum of five years' experience with the relevant models. The questionnaire requests firm information including DUNS, CAGE code, SAM UEI, business size designation, NAICS registration (561210 Facility Support Services), small business classifications, and detailed contract references documenting relevant prior work, including client contact information, contract numbers, locations, award dates, completion dates, award amounts, scope descriptions, and percentage of work performed.
