Please refer to the answer provided in Line Item 1 of this attachment.

29 Due to the short turn around time for the contract we have a question regarding the reason for this short timeframe before the awarded contractor starts service. Is this due to the current contractor's present level of performance?

No, current task order is expiring on March 31, 2019.

30 We have a client that is inquiring about solicitation N6247319Q0001 and whether there is an incumbent contractor? If so, could you please provide the current or previous contract number?

Please clarify the requirement for a designated SSHO.

SSHO applies to this acquisition, see changes in Item 1 of this amendment.

34 In Annex 1503010 Custodial, Spec Item 3.1.5 describes required Building Perimeter Services, and Attachment J-1503010-02 indicates that these services are only applicable to COLS I. However, there appears to be a conflict between the Master Building List Section J-1503010-03 which designates that the HRSC Admin Facility in Building 6300 is the only COLS I facility, while ELIN A009 in Attachment J0200000-11 categorizes the HRSC, Bldg 6300 as COLS III.

Please clarify.

The COL for HRSC Admin Facility, Bldg. 6300 in Section J-1503010-03 is changed from COL I to COL III, see Item 4 of this amendment.
