About this file

This document is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation N62470-24-R-0066, a follow-on contract for Revenue Requirement services in support of the Navy's Utility Rates and Studies Office. The amendment provides responses to pre-proposal inquiries, including confirming the incumbent Larkin & Associates PLLC, who was awarded the previous contract N6247021D0010, valued at a Not-to-Exceed amount of $399,250 over a base year and two option years. The solicitation is seeking high quality, professional services related to utility rates and studies, with potential new issues such as deregulation, unbundling, and privatization to be addressed. The amendment does not provide the budget allocation for this new solicitation, instead referring offerors to the solicitation document for that information.
