N62470-18-R-4014 Amendment 0001

Amendment 0001 is issued for the following reasons:

1) To provide responses to pre-proposal inquiries;

2) To provide Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) (Attachment (A))

3) To provide Small Business Subcontracting Plan Template (Attachment (B))

Inquiries & Responses:

1) Question: If there is an incumbent contract or contractor associated to the requirement. If any, please provide the contractor's name and contract number.

Response: See Synopsis N62470-18-R-4014 page one (1).

2) Question: The Synopsis calls for all projects to be 100% complete. Can completed sub-tasks of a task order be included as one of the 8 projects?

Response: Please see Submission Requirements beginning on page 5 and continuing to page 6 of 12: “Projects shall be submitted on the SF-330 at Part I, Section F and shall be completed projects. Projects not completed will be excluded from evaluation consideration. For submittal purposes, a single task order on an IDIQ contract is considered a project, as is a stand-alone contract award. Do not submit an IDIQ contract as an example project. Instead, list relevant task orders or stand-alone contract awards that fit within the definition above. The Government will not evaluate information provided for an IDIQ contract. Examples of project work submitted that do not conform to this requirement will not be evaluated.” Please refer to the Synopsis in its entirety for all requirements.

3) Question: Are projects completed by the proposed prime as a subcontractor to another firm acceptable for inclusion in the proposal?

Response: Please see Submission Requirements on page 5 of posted synopsis: “If the contractor served as a subcontractor on a project, indicate the value of the work that firm provided towards the performance of the overall project.” Please refer to the Synopsis in its entirety for all requirements.
