COLLECTOR-EIPB

LABOR CATEGOY DESCRIPTIONS

Technical Expert II (PM)

- Minimum of nine (9) years experience of which at least five (5) must be in area of expertise.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Engineering, Business, or other task related discipline; or equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline.

Technical Expert I

- Minimum of five (5) years experience of which at least three (3) must be in area of expertise.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other task related discipline; or equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline.

Computer Engineer

- Minimum of nine (9) years experience in providing overall administrative, technical direction, and maintenance support to a computer operations, activity/facility, generally consisting of multiple, complex main-frame and client server computer systems.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent technical studies.

Computer Programmer IV

- Nine (9) years of progressively more complex programming experience to include five (5) years of experience in the specific programming language, database management system, or software package to be used for a given assignment, and general functional area addressed by the task requirement.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business or other related discipline.

Computer Programmer III

- Five (5) years of experience in computer programming, and guidance of systems design, development, and implementation. Experience with applications programming on large scale automated information systems as well as for client server environments;

demonstrated capability with computer equipment, and the ability to develop complex software satisfying systems design objectives.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business or other related discipline.

Computer Programmer II

- Two (2) years of experience in computer programming, systems development and implementation. Experienced with applications programming on large scale systems, as well as in client-server environments; demonstrated capability with computer equipment, and the ability to support the development of complex software to satisfy system design objectives.

Demonstrated ability to work under general supervision.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related discipline.

Computer Programmer I

- Six (6) months experience in a related environment is desired.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent technical studies.

Computer Support Specialist I

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline; or equivalent experience as documented by other civilian and/or military experience.

Computer Operator I

- High school diploma, plus some college computer science classes in programming .
