ADDITIONAL CLIN INFORMATION
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR EACH CONTRACT LINE ITEM NUMBER (CLIN)
Each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) is established in the contract to provide for required support, as described under each CLIN, for the specified periods. NOTE: The Government reserves the right to procure as many of the quantities as required per each Task Order not to exceed the ceiling amount of the contract. For planning purposes, the total estimated amount, as set forth in each of the CLINs (CLIN 0001-0005), is based upon the requirements, as defined in the Statement (SOW) and projected projects set forth herein, for each year and should also include the following:
Other Direct Charges
Materials are based upon requirements at the task order level. Material costs are estimated at $650,000 per year. As used in this clause, the term "material" includes supplies and equipment that are incidental to and necessary for the performance of each specified task order. The total estimated material cost is not inclusive of labor but should, however, be reflected in each individual CLIN’s total value as a portion of the overall contract ceiling.
