Questions and Answers N6227120P1167
• QUESTION: Should the venue be unable to provide "free onsite parking", will this cause our bid to be unacceptable and not considered for award?
• ANSWER: NPS has amended the RFQ/PWS to make the cost of parking a line item for this requirement. If free parking is not available onsite then a vendor can provide a cost line item for parking costs of 125 cars per day on both 12-13 May 2020 which is the anticipated number of cards expected each day.
• QUESTION: Per the SOW section 4.5 ... the contractor shall provide an on-site Symposium Facility Representative (SFR) - with a vendor being a federal contractor (3rd party), please clarify whether a vendor must have a POC available onsite per the required dates/times, or is the vendor able to appoint a hotel representative to be available as the SFR?
• ANSWER: An onsite hotel representative/third party can be appointed as the SFR.
