Offerors will provide unit pricing at the Interactive Multimedia Instruction level for ratings including Fire Control Technician, Master at Arms, Aviation Structural Mechanic, Electronics Technician Navigation Submarines, Cryptologic Technician Maintenance, Mineman, Information Systems Technician, and Aviation Machinist's Mate. Using Government-provided requirements documents, the contractor will design, develop, test and deliver products for rating paths on a delivery order basis. Industry feedback on the new approach is requested by January 13, 2020. The document includes draft appendices on content delivery methods and a sample delivery order contract line item structure.
