About this file

This document contains questions and answers regarding a federal contract opportunity with the Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command to provide freight shipping services from Panama City, Florida to San Diego, California. The opportunity involves transporting eight pallets of cargo and one Can-Am Defender ATV by truck. No loading docks will be available at the origin or destination, but pallet jacks and forklifts can be used for loading and unloading. The ATV must be transported without being palletized or tied down. Drivers will be present to load and drive the ATV onto the trailer. The shipment can be split between two trucks if needed, but both loads must be delivered together within the required timeframe.
