About this file

This document contains questions and answers regarding solicitation number N61331-23-T-JK59 from the Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command. The solicitation is for freight shipping of palletized goods and one all-terrain vehicle from Panama City, Florida to San Diego, California. No loading dock is available at either origin or destination, but a pallet jack and forklift will be provided. The contractor does not need to provide additional forklifts. While the other goods will be palletized, the all-terrain vehicle will not be palletized or tied down. It can be driven on and off under its own power. The shipment can be split between multiple trucks if needed, but both parts of the load must be delivered within the same timeframe.
