About this file

This amendment to solicitation N55236-22-R-0021 provides updated information for the procurement of lithium battery lockers. The Navy seeks to award a firm-fixed price contract for the production and delivery of shipboard lithium battery storage lockers in support of maintenance for the USS Tripoli. The contract will be a 100% small business set-aside awarded based on best value considering past performance, technical acceptability, and price. Offerors must provide pricing for contract line items 0001 through 0004 by December 5, 2022 to be considered. The amendment provides revised points of contact information and removes original equipment manufacturer language. Eligible vendors may request drawings detailing product requirements from the contracting contacts.
