About this file

This document contains a capability questionnaire and sources sought notice for facilities support services at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center. The Navy is seeking information from capable contractors to provide building support, operate building systems including security, HVAC, electrical and telephone, manage energy controls, and perform other facility support duties. The anticipated firm fixed price contract would have a one year base period and four one-year options, requiring personnel with secret clearances. Responses to the sources sought notice are due by October 26th and must include company information, capabilities statement demonstrating experience on similar efforts, management approach, and ability to obtain necessary clearances. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561210 with a $41.5 million size standard, though other potential codes are requested for consideration.
