Solicitation N4523A24Q4064

Ql: Can you clarify whether each training period (one five day and one six day) must be performed in consecutive or on a non-consecutive schedule?

Al: Two training periods are anticipated, one with a combination of two day and one day classes with a period duration of five days, and a second period consisting of a combination of two day and one day classes with a total duration of six days. While the classes within each of these periods will be consecutive (back-to-back days) the two periods themselves don't need to be run on consecutive days, as long as both periods are completed within the period of performance as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Example: (the following schedule is only an example, and does NOT establish or imply any performance requirement/scheduling under this solicitation) The period of performance runs from 8/19/2024 through 9/30/2024. The two training periods could run as follows (two-day sessions are in boldface):

Period one, 6 days duration, two two-day classes and two one-day classes starting on Monday, September 9th, and running 9/9-9/10, 9/11, 9/12-9/13, 9/14

Period two, 5 days duration, one two-day class, three one day classes starting on Monday, September23 'rd and running 9/23, 9/24, 9/25-9/26, 9/27
