1) Can we request an onsite visit, prior to award of contract? There will be no onsite visit permitted at this time.

2) What are the details regarding the make-up of the waste (Safety Data Sheet/ Waste Information Sheet)? SAM.gov posting has been updated 5/21/24 to include analysis report of waste material.

3) Who is the incumbent and what are their details? The current contract is held by Action Services Corporation.

4) Who were the companies that provided same services prior? The current contract is held by Action Services Corporation.

5) What is the prior contract number and details? N4523A19P0005

6) How far away the water jet tables from where we can park the truck? Extraction hose length of minimum of 160 ft. will be needed.

7) Does the waste-water needing to be extracted contain any form of non-biodegradable component and or toxic chemicals? SAM.gov posting has been updated 5/21/24 to include analysis report of waste material.

8) Is there a scale to weigh the truck out before and after a service has been completed? No

9) Is the address where this waist will be coming from 1400 Farragut Ave, Bremerton, WA 98337? Adress of waste service is 7000 Finback Circle, BLDG. 7000 Silverdale WA 98315

10) Is it possible to receive forklift support for the equipment needed to provide waterjet waste removal service? NO

11) How wide are the doors to the locations the waterjet cutting machines are in? Details are will not be disclosed. Trucks must remove waste with truck parked outside of building.

12) What are the room measurements that the waterjet cutting machines are in? Details are will not be disclosed. Trucks must remove waste with truck parked outside of building.

13) Along with providing the quote, is there anything else we need to submit with the proposal?
