This document is a sources sought notice for a multiple award construction contract to provide general construction services across the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Northwest area of responsibility. Interested firms are requested to submit responses by March 15, 2024 demonstrating their experience with projects comparable in size and scope to the requirements. Such projects may include new construction, renovation, alteration, demolition, and repair work through design-bid-build or design-build delivery for facilities like industrial buildings, aircraft hangars, utilities infrastructure, airfields, and marine structures. The contract will have a maximum duration of eight years or $10 billion and task orders are expected to range from approximately $50 million to an unlimited maximum amount on a firm-fixed-price basis. It is anticipated that 12 to 14 contracts will be awarded and that project labor agreements will be required for all task orders due to their minimum value of $50 million. Responses should address the firm's business type, bonding capacity of $50 million per project and $1 billion aggregate, and up to five example projects as prime contractor that demonstrate experience with the types of facilities and work described.
